Terms & Conditions

Reservation
To reserve the apartment, we need a written request indicating dates of arrival and departure plus the intended number of guests. The initial booking option is intended to conditionally reserve the property for up to five (5) business days; allowing you time to convey the required funds to our Greek bank account, details to be provided. Please check the details of the booking confirmation to make sure they are correct

Deposit and payment
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental to be paid to us within 5 business days prior to the initial booking. The balance is due at your arrival.

Cancellation
Unfortunately, last minute cancellations mean lost revenues. Any cancellation must be in writing. The deposit is fully refundable three months before the date of confirmation of your booking, and half is refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date at the apartment. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is made. Every effort will be made to rebook the apartment and if a new booking is found for the same rental period, a refund of the booking deposit will be made. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation costs as part of your overall travel insurance.

Payment details
Any payments including deposit money and the balance of the rental will be paid by wire transfer/direct debit into our nominated Greeks bank account or via Paypal, details provided by email on initial reservation. On clearance of the deposited funds, the booking will be promptly confirmed in writing to the Client by email

Apartment keys, change over etc
Please advise your travel inward and outward arrangements along with airport, rail station, air carrier and flight numbers. Please advise any late minute changes.

Access - Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival time is normally after 2.00 pm and departure time is normally before 12.00 am on the agreed days. Please carefully check your arrival time in Athens.

Pets Policy
The apartment has a “no pets” policy. Party Size The number of persons using the accommodation must not exceed the maximum number stated in the rental agreement.

Security
A security deposit may be asked in the case of damage to the apartment, the furniture, or loss of key. If all is in order when you check out the deposit will be returned to you.

Liability
The tenant and members of their party cannot under any circumstance, hold the owner responsible for any and all personal injuries, damage to apartment during rental, or theft arising out of or connected in any way to your rental of our property. The Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance or terminate the booking without compensation if these terms and conditions are not observed.
