the beach, with garden
It is a new, 2 years old constructed apartment,
at Glyfada, with two double bedrooms, fully equipped, with two big
balconies that have views both to the sea and to the mountain. It
has access to a big garden full of roses and trees, and a stone barbeque.
The apartment is located in the first floor of a detached house. The
area is one of the safest and richest suburbs of Athens where many
tourists prefer to stay. Opposite the house there is a large playground
with trees where children can play. The nearest beach is only 1500
m away from the house & at 30 min distance there is a small mountain
where someone can walk up the cliff and can have a wonderful view
of Athens. At 40m there is a bus station which at 4 km takes you to
the metro of Athens from which you can easily visit the historical
center of Athens (Plaka) and the Acropolis.
Glyfada is the most cosmopolitan suburb of Athens. It has wonderful
beaches, the widest choice of Greek and International cuisine in seaside
restaurants, a large Golf park (the biggest in Greece), many shopping
malls, and interesting nightlife. Its coastline is full of spacious
marinas and the swimming areas have all the facilities and many of
the water activities. Its ideal location allows you to travel to the
islands or to the main land, only half an hour's drive to the main
seaports (Rafina and Peiraias)and 15 km away from the city centre
(Syndagma and Acropolis).
