Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Notes to the rental rates!

 • If the apartment is rented for more than two weeks a 10% discount is applied to the     total bill. For more details, please contact us. If you are interested in booking the     flat, you are required to send 20% of the charge as a down payment and the rest of     the money should be given at your arrival.
 • Payment in advance through pay pal is available.
 • The flat is free at 12.00 pm and departure should be before 11.00 pm
